Samanta Bakker chocolatier from Monsieur Truffe has collaborated with us to create the most delicious chocolates for us with a diverse range of flavours. Each chocolate is inspired by an artist's work and has been created to celebrate an exhibition or launch held at The Boroughs Store.
There are a changing array of flavours in the store, some limited editions, others that have stayed longer.

Scandanavian Strudel - A warming combination of apple, walnut, cardamon, rum-soaked raisins and blackberries all wrapped up in 45% milk chocolate sourced sustainably in Vietnam.

Native Riberry pepper and strawberry - Sage compliments the strawberry with riberry to add a little fruity sparkle to the palette. Blended together in a fruity 65% dark chocolate base.

Native Granola - puffed, gluten-free granola with Kakadu Plum, wattleseed blended together in a rich 66% dark chocolate base and topped with slices of freeze-dried Davidson plum, so pretty too.

Yuzu Spritz - tangy pieces of citrus honeycomb made with Japanese Yuzu are sprinkled through a rich 66% dark chocolate base.

Tasmanian pepper berry - native pepper berry adds crunch and extra fruitiness to the already fruity single origin 72% dark chocolate used in this bar. Australian inside and out!
