The Boroughs + Monsieur Truffe ~ Yuzu Spritz 66% Dark Chocolate
Tokyo's UGUiSU store is one of our favourites. During 2016 Hiki and Ryo popped up here at The Boroughs. Their time at our store was one of the most memorable experiences in Brunswick East, a fusion of traditional and contemporary Japanese craft with our own local commumity of makers.
Samanta Bakker from Monsieur Truffe is a huge fan of Japanese ingredients, she created this citrus honeycomb chocolate as a homage to Japanese food culture.
Yuzu Spritz - tangy pieces of citrus honeycomb made with Japanese Yuzu are sprinkled through a rich 66% dark chocolate base.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, yuzu freeze-dried, baking soda, tartaric acid, glucose, vanilla powder.
