This chocolate is a fun combination of caramelised popcorn with native wattleseed for crunch dusted with powdered miso for a salty contrast, all wrapped up in 45% milk chocolate sourced sustainably in Vietnam. It was created Samanta Bakker, chocolatier at Brunswick's Monsieur Truffe to compliment the joyous and playful artwork of Candy Ng.
Like all our chocolate this variety uses organic ingredients and single origin cocoa.
Yan Yan Candy Ng is an Australian illustrator and artist living and working in Melbourne, Australia. Born in Hong Kong, Candy moved to Melbourne to explore creative opportunities. She hasn’t left since. Candy specialises in illustration, mural design and map drawing. Her work is often colourful, cheerful and whimsical. Creativity has been a gateway for her to express her voice, connect with others, and grow as a person. Candy’s work aims to bring happiness to herself and to other people – she believes making people smile can change the world.
