The Boroughs + Monsieur Truffe ~ Tasmanian Pepper berry 72% Dark chocolate

This is a truly Australian chocolate to celebrate our long association with the Utopia Goods design team. We asked Samanta Bakker chocolatier from Monsieur Truffe to create a unique chocolate bar that reflects Utopia Goods focus on Australian flora and fauna in their textile designs. She developed this delicious, slightly savory combination of fruity single origin chocolate with Tasmanian Pepper berry. The result is a chocolate that has a slight tang and crunch from Pepper berry that makes it a perfect accompaniment to red wine.

With eucalypt design on the wrapper, it's Australian inside and out!

Ingredients: 70% dark chocolate, Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Tasmanian Pepper Berry, vanilla extract.
