Artist Julia Raath has worked extensively in India over a 30-year career as a teacher and academic. She has made many connections through textiles and teaching that have brought her closer to the people. As a result she has focused on not for profits and social enterprises to give back. This chocolate is a nod to the influence of India on her career.
This chocolate is made with organic single-origin cacao and is gluten-free
