Based on one of Australia's favourite chocolate bars the Cherry Ripe, originally made in Fitzroy, it's become a long running favourite of ours.
Samanta Bakker’s chocolate updates the classic with European sour cherry, making a sweet/sour favour balance. The top of the bar is decorated with fruit and coconut making for a beautiful presentation.
Like all of our chocolate bars the ingredients are organic and the cocoa is single origin.
