Gin and Apathy
Ed Redman has always been into models. As a child, the only way to gain access to his bedroom was underneath a table laid out with an elaborate model train layout.
Today Ed can be found bunkered down in his Collingwood studio making painstaking replicas of some of Melbourne's architectural heritage.
First, he hand draws them, then transfers his originals to the computer before mapping the models for laser cutting.
A firm believer in a low waste, mass customisation, each batch we receive is made to order.
Gin and Apathy models fit nicely on your desk and remind you of beautiful things outside, while you respond to emails that don't really matter.
