ULO - Abuja to Melbourne
‘ULO’ means ‘Home’ in the native language of the Igbo people in Nigeria, West Africa.
Dinzi Amobi draws on her Nigerian heritage to design homewares and kids apparel inspired by the African prints that she grew up with.
Her collections are a celebration of the vibrancy of African textile design, bold colours in limited edition prints from Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria.
As a mother of 14-month old twins, she appreciates how quickly kids grow so each piece is designed to last. Roll up the cuffs, layer with a jumper, team up with a T-shirt.
ULO is designed to last eschewing seasonal trends for durability - prints that can be worn all year round!
Each collection is designed and produced in Melbourne.
