Waverley Mills is Australia’s oldest working textile mill (established in 1874), where luxury designer fleece products are sustainably produced. Each piece is carefully crafted, and ethically produced.
Waverley Mill uses fine Australian wool, alpaca, mohair and cotton to produce blankets, rugs, throws and scarves.
These items are crafted by a skilled team of traditionally trained wavers using the latest in sustainable practices.
The Mill buys locally, employs locally and have always, and will always, pay a fair market price for the natural fibres they use.
The Australian Alpaca scarves and throws produced for The Boroughs is from a small parcel of yarn prepared in natural colours.
