For three years we wanted to create a map.
So many people asked us how to find somewhere to eat or get a good coffee, other things to see and do in the neighbourhood, or maybe some shopping.
So finally we published "Like a Local" map in 2019.
All our favourite places in the neighbourhood and beyond, places we go to regularly that make up our community.
To make this project a reality we collaborated with talented Melbourne based illustrator Candy Ng
Design and layout of the map is the work of our indefatigable designer, Ruby MacKinnon.

Since we published "Like a Local" (and re-printed it 3 times!) designers and organisations have made maps inspired and encouraged by our map, it's great to have created a little legacy all of our own , who thought it would have been a map?
